HIGH-QUALITY BAGUETTE TRAY - With the Baguette Tray from Wundermix, you can bake 3 baguettes at the same time. The perforated baking form ensures ideal air circulation, resulting in baguettes & breads that are airy and light on the inside and crispy and golden brown on the outside.
DO NOT GREASE - Due to the non-stick coating, the mold does not need to be greased beforehand; parchment paper is also unnecessary from now on. The finished dough is placed directly into the recesses of the sheet. After baking, simply release the baguettes from the mold.
PERFECT BAGUETTES LIKE IN FRANCE - Thanks to the sheet pan, the baguettes maintain an evenly consistent shape in the oven. Inside soft and tender, outside wonderfully crispy - that's what perfect baguettes should be. The sheet pan can be used in all standard ovens up to 230°C.
