Returns and exchanges

The FAIRBUY online store guarantees the exchange and return of goods to our store in accordance with the current law "On Consumer Protection". Return of goods is carried out within 14 calendar days after receipt.

What goods are subject to return and exchange

Goods of appropriate quality are subject to return and exchange, provided that their presentation is preserved, functional serviceability, there are no traces of operation, the integrity of the commodity packaging and the availability of documents confirming the purchase of goods in the FAIRBUY online store.

Goods that are in the list of goods that are not subject to return in accordance with the Law "On Consumer Protection" are not subject to return.

What products are not subject to return except for used products?

In addition to used goods,  the following are also not subject to return:

- food products, medicines and hygiene products and items

- photographic films, photographic plates, photographic paper

- corset products

- perfumery and cosmetics

- feather and down products

- Children's toys are soft

- Children's toys rubber inflatable

- toothbrushes

- Mouthpieces

Return Policy

1. Refunds are made on the basis of  a return application.
2. Refunds are made within 30 calendar days from the date of receipt of the refund application from the buyer.
3. The buyer sends this application together with the goods to the address specified on the website of the FAIRBUY online store.
4. The return of goods takes place at the point of issue of orders or at the Nova Poshta branch.

Procedure for returning goods

1. For return, serviceable goods that have not been in operation are accepted, with full preservation of the appearance, factory packaging and complete set.
2. The buyer is obliged to check the purchased goods for visible defects at the time of receipt of the order. If such defects are found, inform the store manager.
3. When returning goods with a defect or visible defect, the FAIRBUY online store assumes the cost of sending such goods, except for electronic equipment. The buyer must report the presence and nature of the technical malfunction of the goods no later than 24 hours after receiving the goods.
4. If the buyer has not inspected the product within the specified time frame and has not reported the defect within 24 hours, it is not subject to return. The only exception is a hidden defect that is detected during operation.
5. Goods that were not in the buyer's order are also subject to return. In this case, the goods are returned in the same form in which they were received by the buyer, without traces of opening the package.
