- This elegant, brown spice mill from Peugeot is much more than just a pepper mill. Its body is crafted from olive wood to enhance any type of pepper, be it green, red, white, or black. The pepper mill, with its stainless steel base, is also suitable for coriander seeds, Szechuan peppercorns, and red berries, provided the berries constitute a maximum of 15% of a peppercorn mixture. The exclusive steel grinding mechanism, specially developed for pepper, slices the peppercorns instead of crushing them. This allows the pepper's aroma to fully unfold. Furthermore, thanks to the uSelect grind adjustment, one of 6 grind settings can be selected without the risk of accidentally changing it during use. Its magnetic closure allows for efficient opening and easy refilling. The special feature here is that this mill dispenses with the classic central spindle, making refilling even easier and increasing the internal volume. Use the product exclusively for the aforementioned spices. Do not use with salt. Clean the mill regularly with a soft cloth. Keep away from light and moisture.
