- This iconic 30 cm (12 inch) Peugeot spice mill, crafted from beechwood in chocolate brown, is much more than just a pepper mill. It's designed to enhance any type of peppercorn – whether green, red, white, or black. The wooden pepper mill is also suitable for coriander seeds, Szechuan peppercorns, and red berries, provided the berries make up a maximum of 15% in a peppercorn blend. The exclusive steel grinding mechanism, specially developed for pepper, slices the peppercorns rather than crushing them, allowing the pepper's aroma to fully develop. Furthermore, thanks to the uSelect grind adjustment, one of 6 grind settings can be selected without risking accidental adjustment during use. Use the mill exclusively for the spices mentioned. Do not use with salt. Clean the mill regularly with a soft cloth. Keep away from light and moisture. Manufacturer's warranty for the mill housing: 5 years.
