Salmon Board for Traditional Grilled Salmon
Effortlessly prepare the Finnish delicacy of grilled salmon with this dedicated salmon board and enjoy tender, juicy fish with a delightful smoky flavor. Secure the salmon fillet using the integrated fish clamp on the grilling board; the clamping mechanism ensures gentle and secure fastening without damaging the fillet.
With the clamp in place, the salmon board can then be attached to the rim of a fire bowl or grill. For optimal heat regulation, the clamp is adjustable in 5 positions.
Note: Before first use, season the wooden board with cooking oil. Soaking is only necessary if a distance of approximately 20 cm (8 inches) between the fish and the fire cannot be maintained.
