Online shopping is always fast and easy. And shopping in the FairBuy online store is also profitable! You are guaranteed to receive bonuses from 3% to 25% for each purchase and can use them to pay up to 50% of the amount of a new order.
The amount of accrued bonuses may vary depending on whether you used your bonuses or other discounts.
Bonus hryvnias are canceled if the order is declined, the product is not picked up, or the product is returned.
Validity period
Bonuses are valid for 90 days from the moment they are credited. You will receive a notification via email when the expiration date is approaching. If the bonuses are not used for purchases in FairBuy within 90 days, they will be automatically canceled.
The validity period of bonuses accrued as part of a special program or promotional offer may differ; this information is available in your personal account.
Bonuses for reviews
Post reviews and receive bonuses. The FairBuy online store accrues bonuses not only for product purchases but also for publishing reviews about them. Information about the amount of bonuses for reviews can be found in your personal account on the website. To post a review on a product page, go to the "Customer Reviews" section.
Bonus accrual conditions:
• The product you are reviewing must have been personally purchased by you.
• The review must be informative and useful to other customers. Advertising messages and inappropriate language are prohibited in reviews.
• The maximum number of reviews for which bonuses can be accrued is 10.
• Bonuses are credited within 7 days after the review is published on the website.
• All details about accrued bonuses and published reviews can be found in your personal account.
How to use accumulated bonuses
Bonuses can be used to pay up to 50% of the cost of future purchases.
Calculation: 1 bonus hryvnia = 1 hryvnia.
When placing an order, the number of bonuses you wish to use as payment should be entered in the corresponding field. This amount, if available, will be deducted from your personal account. The amount of bonus deduction should not exceed 50% of the purchase value.
Bonuses are not accrued if:
• you purchase gift certificates;
• the product page indicates that no bonuses are accrued for that item;
• the product is part of a promotion or comes with a gift;
• the order was placed via call center — to receive bonuses for a purchase, the order must be placed through the buyer's personal account.
Bonus hryvnias are deducted from the personal account if a return is made for a product for which bonuses were accrued.
If the buyer returns the product, the spent bonuses used for payment will be returned to the account.
