- PROPERTY: Our HDPE-500 cutting board is easy to keep clean (dishwasher safe) & has a long lifespan. Bacteria and other contaminants adhere poorly to this type of polyethylene, also known as high-density polyethylene (HDPE). It is 100% recyclable.
