Description WEES-CK pre-seasoned robust cast iron skillet (26cm), perfect for frying, braising, and baking, durable and versatile, suitable for all cooktops with silicone handle holder
- READY TO USE - The mold has already been seasoned at the factory. After a short rinsing with water - it's important to avoid seasoning agents - you can start right away. To develop a lasting patina, only a few steps are required. Simply rub the mold with oil or fat using a cloth, everywhere (top, bottom, on the handle). Then, with the bottom facing up, bake at approximately 180°C for one hour.
- EXCELLENT HEAT DISTRIBUTION - Thanks to the high heat storage capacity of the cast iron baking pan, results are achieved with minimal energy consumption. The cast iron baking pan is very stable and quite heavy. It weighs approximately 2 kilograms and thus brings sufficient mass to store heat from the oven for a long time.
- VERSATILE - ideal for wood-fired ovens, fire pits, barbecue areas, or campfires. The WEES-CK cast iron form can be placed directly into an open fire or onto charcoal. It's excellent for all types of dough (breads or cakes), casseroles, roasts, and stovetops (gas, electric, ceramic glass, induction cooktops) and ovens.
- CLEANING - As with most Dutch ovens, cleaning is done only with hot water and a brush, without dish soap. Usually, wiping with kitchen paper is enough. Never put it in the dishwasher. For the dishwasher, we recommend the enameled cast iron form from WEES-CK.
