- Selection: 3 different sizes (M, L, XL) in 7 colors. All Morleo cutting boards are EXTRA thick (2 cm). The cutting board is made of high-quality (HDPE 500) plastic. This plastic is food-safe and can be used on both sides. HDPE 500 is a very hard plastic and particularly gentle on your knives.
- Properties: Suitable for use with spiral mixers, food-safe, restaurant quality, and dimensionally stable - our plastic boards are all made from high-quality PE 500.
- Dishwasher-safe: Our cutting boards can be conveniently cleaned in your dishwasher (max. 50°C). We use only high-quality HDPE 500 plastic, which is particularly durable and dimensionally stable, and therefore dishwasher-safe.
- Non-slip structure: Our cutting boards have a subtle surface structure on both sides. Thanks to this non-slip property, your food stays in place, allowing you to cut safely.
- A board with 2 sides: one side with a juice groove and one side without a juice groove. This allows you to individually determine which usage you prefer and allows you to process all variations from dry to moist foods.
- Colors: The HACCP-compliant colors blue, green, yellow, red, white, and brown ensure a distinction for the various application areas in the kitchen.
