- ADJUSTABLE HEIGHT: The dimensions of Elviro's neck pillow are 60 x 41 x 10.5 / 12.5 cm. Ideal for people suffering from shoulder and neck pain. 4 different heights are available. One side is 12.5 cm (with insert), the other side is 10.5 cm (with insert). Furthermore, the removable insert (approx. 2.5 cm) can be removed from the bottom to reduce the height.
