Preparing Turkish tea is done in two steps: A strong black tea is brewed in the teapot placed on top (0.8 liters). Afterwards, the tea is diluted with hot water. Thanks to the water kettle's keep-warm function, you can enjoy multiple infusions one after the other.
Using the stainless steel infuser, you can prepare your favorite tea directly in the pot. The infuser catches both large tea leaves and fine-grained rooibos. The teapot is delivered with two lids: one with a tea infuser and the other as a regular lid.
To fully develop their aroma, tea and coffee need the optimal water temperature. The base unit allows you to select four temperatures with the touch of a button: 70°C is, for example, ideal for green tea, 80°C for Oolong, 90°C for very finely ground coffee, and 100°C for herbal tea. During the heating process, a sensor continuously checks the temperature, ensuring the desired water temperature is achieved precisely, rather than approximately.
